What to Expect

Diverse Entertainment

Whether you're a musician or simply love music, you can enjoy a wide range of acts at our jam night – from Hard Rock to A Capella. We also welcome spoken word performances such as comedy or poetry and celebrate all forms of creative expression!

Each act typically gets three songs or a maximum of 15 minutes on stage, with anywhere between 8-12 acts featured each night. It's free to watch or play, so come and immerse yourself in an evening of eclectic entertainment.

Perform on Stage

If you're feeling inspired, you're welcome to join in! Bring your band, perform solo, or jam with members of the house band. Our stage is well-lit and fully equipped, ready for your performance.

Back Line

We provide a comprehensive and professional back line, including two guitar amps, a bass amp, a full drum kit, mics, DIs, and a P.A. system. Just bring your own instruments - guitars, bass, or drumsticks where possible. Someone may let you borrow what you need, but it's not guaranteed. If you need to bring any additional kit, please arrive early.

The House Band

The house band not only opens and closes the night but are also here to support you. Whether you need a full band to play with or just missing a member, we can help. We may also be able to introduce you to other attendees, providing a great opportunity to make connections and network with fellow musicians.

At the bottom of the page, you'll find a list of songs the house band knows. Feel free to choose from these or come in to discuss any specific songs you'd like to perform. If you'd prefer to improvise, the house band loves to jam along!

Connect

Jam Night at The Palladium Club is a great place to meet and connect with fellow musicians. Collaborate on projects, find new bandmates, or simply make friends within our supportive community of artists and music lovers. Many bands have formed and grown from our jam nights. Forge new connections or witness the rise of the next generation of talent.

How it Works

Sign-Up Process:

Chalkboard: At the front of the stage, you'll find a chalkboard. Simply write your name and your act to get in the queue.

Introduce Yourself: If it's your first time, please introduce yourself to the hosts so we know who you are and what you need! We love meeting new artists and ensuring everyone gets their chance to shine.

Timing: To guarantee a spot with three songs, make sure you sign up early. Late sign-ups may be limited to two or even one song, depending on the night's progress. Aim to get your name on the board by 10 PM to secure a slot, as we may run out of time if it's busy. The board is separated into colored segments - secure your spot in a green slot for a full 3-song set. Orange slots allow for 2-3 songs, depending on the night's pace. Once we reach the red slots, you may be limited to one song each, so it's best to sign up early. Be warned, the board fills up fast!

Join Us

The Palladium Club is one of the few venues in the area capable of accommodating a full band setup, including a drum kit. Whether you're looking to jam with other musicians, perform your latest set, or just enjoy a night of fantastic live performances, our jam night has something for everyone.

See you Tuesday!
